For most people, the art of journaling is seen as keeping a diary, but it can be so much more than that. Journaling in its simplest form can be a way to help write down memories, experiences, or thoughts and can ultimately be used as a tool to foster personal growth and self improvement.
 
For the times that you wish you could remember or the thoughts you thought you’d forget, we’ve created the My Journal tool to help you understand yourself a little bit more.
Use the My Journal Tool to remind yourself that you are human, and that’s more than okay!
 
How to use the My Journal tool:

  1. Select the “My Journal” tile on your home screen.
  2. Select a topic that you’d like to write about from the journal prompt list. You can write about anything!
  3. Write your very first journal entry. Don’t forget to hit “save”!
